Marc Murphy is a highly accomplished recruiter, now CEO and founder of Conduit Search Group, based in the Philadelphia area, renowned for his impressive track record of successfully placing top-tier professionals in prestigious firms specializing in Construction, Accounting & Finance, and IT. With extensive experience in the industry, Marc founded Conduit Search Group after holding key leadership roles at Magellan Search & Staffing, where he served as Director of Recruiting and later as Vice President of Recruiting for the Construction Practice.
Before transitioning to recruitment, Marc spent over a decade in Accounting & Finance, where he worked for notable companies such as NEST Multi-Facility Maintenance and Johnson & Johnson. During his time at Johnson & Johnson, he skilfully managed the financial budgets of various Corporate IT departments, including Global Finance, Health Care & Compliance, Legal, and Audit departments.
Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Marc currently resides in Oreland PA with his wife Caitlin and their two wonderful children.
